      The Miami Herald reported, on 20 June 2004, that Miami immigration Judge Neale Foster ruled that RodrÃguez' testimony on behalf of a torture suspect would be "given no weight" because RodrÃguez acknowledged having been involved in the human rights violations including the summary execution of leader Guevara.[2]
